BLACK DIAMOND — To make its annexation plan more to King County’s liking, the city of Black Diamond is firming up its proposal to bring in 1,000 more acres.
The annexation would allow the continued development of 160 homes on 400 acres of the land. In light of that particular development, the county has requested more information on the annexation’s impact on traffic and storm-water drainage in the area. (more…)
